The Behringer X32 Full Board here has 32 channels, 16 monitor/separate in ear channels available and much more.
I even have a 32 channel digital snake available for an additional $600. Also includes an in ear powered monitor strip operating up to 8 separate mixes for wired in ears. Or you can just buy your own wireless monitors and hook to the outputs.
This setup new would probably cost you $5,000 or $6,000 with traveling cases.
