I am considering short term rentals of my houseboat this season. It is located on the Apalachicola River about 1 mile upstream of NEAL LANDING near Blountstown and only accessible by boat (We can discuss boat rental if necessary). It is in a fixed location and does not move.

This would be my first time renting it out and so I do not have all of the logistics sorted, but I'd be willing to talk to someone and see if we can work something out. It is furnished with 2 beds, a futon, and a loft for extra sleeping space and there is a generator for power.

It would be an awesome camp for duck hunting or fishing. I may consider trades if you take me on a hunt!
