Maintenance / (Possible Pool Technician) Wanted (Panama City Beach)

This position will include general property maintenance, but a large part of the job will involve daily pool work for two pools. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working outside.
Job duties include:
* Daily pool cleaning, testing, and logging
* Vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and keeping pool areas clean
* Checking pool gates, signs, safety equipment, and pool deck areas
* General maintenance around the property
* Trash checks and debris removal
* Blowing off walkways, garage areas, pool decks, and common areas
* Pressure washing as needed
* Cleaning grills, common areas, and amenity spaces
* Basic repairs and upkeep within your skill level
* Reporting larger issues to management
Helpful skills:
* Pool experience
* General maintenance experience
* Basic plumbing, painting, pressure washing, or repair skills
* Experience working at a condo, hotel, apartment complex, resort, or similar property
Requirements:
* Must be dependable and show up on time
* Must be able to work outside in heat and humidity
* Must be able to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical work
* Must be able to follow instructions and keep daily logs
* Must communicate well with management and staff
* Pool certification is preferred, or applicant must be willing to obtain it
This is a working maintenance position. We need someone who takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and looking good.
