This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
The Audio Visual Technician must demonstrate experience with A/V, Data, Voice, Networking, and Fiber cabling.
The Audio Visual Technician will require good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
It is important that candidates keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as applicable Government regulations.
Typical duties include:
Terminating, Testing, Soldering, and Dressing all Low Voltage Cabling.
Reading and interpreting blueprints.
Using Scissor Lifts / Boom Lifts.
Traveling to project and user locations around the Greater Panama City Beach Area.
Working flexible hours including nights and/or weekends.
Required:
Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements: Ability to obtain a Florida State JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge. Ability to gain access to Military Base.
OSHA 10/30, CTS, Creston, AMX, or Extron certifications desired
Experience Requirements:
5 years of Low Voltage or Control Systems experience preferred.
Ability to travel to project sites outside of the Greater Panama City Beach Area.
