I perform the work myself so it’s done professionally and correctly…you deal directly with me instead of sketchy, unprofessional, or inexperienced employees. I work on all brands of equipment and am familiar with all types of systems—package units, split systems, mini-splits, etc. I can obtain parts for all brands and perform work on systems still under the manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, I perform equipment replacements and can install equipment I furnish or owner supplied equipment. Whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or replacing the entire system, I can make it happen promptly and professionally!!
I also install full HVAC systems in new construction homes, including ductwork. My duct systems are sized correctly using an air duct calculator, and are professionally installed to ensure maximum efficiency of the HVAC system, as well as consistent air temperatures throughout the home—no hot rooms, hot spots, etc.
Since I am semi-retired, I only take a limited amount of work—don’t delay because my schedule fills up quickly. Limiting the amount of work I undertake, allows me to spend the time it requires to complete each project correctly and thoroughly. Since my overhead is minimal compared to large companies, I can usually perform the same work for much less money.
