Moving to Florida (Panama City Beach)

Hello! My name is Jonathon and in the near future I will be moving to Panama City Beach from Boise, Idaho. I have a settlement that I'm waiting on the judge to approve and with it I'll be able to afford the trip. I am 41 at the moment. Capable of passing a federal background check. I have a job already lined up selling solar energy. I like to be in bed by 10 and usually up around 6am. I enjoy a single cup of coffee each morning while walking my 6 year old dog Captain. He is well behaved and house trained. Also a Certified Service Animal. I can provide the certificate if requested. He has been attacked by a lot of dogs and basically it has become a 50/50% if he'll get along with other dogs or not. 98% of the dogs smaller than him is a green light. He's 60lbs and hes an Australian Shepherd with 1/16 blue healer.

I don't smoke or drink. I dont really watch tv or listen to music. I'm drama free, I think at least. I live a simple life and typically stay to myself and my dog.

I'm looking for a room to rent specifically in Panama City Beach because the office I'll be working out of is also in Panama city beach. Panama city I don't believe is that far but I really don't know how bad traffic gets there.

I dont care if you're male or female, straight or gay. As long as you're respectful and quiet when its bedtime.
