I am looking for someone that is mechanical in most every aspect; plumbing, electrical, auto, construction, etc. This is for a single man only, no children, no spouses, and no pets. We have tools. Honesty and integrity is a crucial part of this job. You must be able to salvage items; for resale, for metal scrap, and be willing to get your hands dirty. You should also be comfortable with livestock as this is a farm. This is a multiple family operation and looking, in particular, for someone who is not nickel and diming every aspect of their day, but more interested in the long-term results. The person we choose will reap the benefits of a job well done, but at a minimum without drive or motivation, you will receive a monthly stipend and lodging.
