The Utility Driver / In House Mechanic is a versatile, hands-on team member responsible for safely operating a truck and dumpster trailer to support active restoration and remodeling job sites. This individual serves as a key support resource across assets and field operations, stepping in wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a truck with a towed dumpster trailer for debris removal, material transport, and job-site logistics
Deliver and retrieve dumpsters and equipment to/from job sites as scheduled
Minor repairs to vehicles and equipment
Assist field crews with labor tasks including demolition, debris removal, material handling, and general site cleanup
Support project managers and crew leads with miscellaneous job-site needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
Comply with all DOT, safety, and company policies

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Must Pass a background check and Drug Test
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus)
Experience towing trailers — dumpster or otherwise
Physically capable of performing manual labor in varying weather conditions
Desire to join a top-notch team and contribute a positive attitude
Dedication to customer service
Fluent in English
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Desire to continually learn
Prior construction, restoration, or general labor experience preferred
