Burns Cabinetry Wholesale is seeking a Field Ops & QA Supervisor to oversee cabinet assembly, delivery, quality control, punch-list completion, and warranty service for our growing builder network. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone experienced in cabinetry, carpentry, or construction who takes pride in delivering a high-quality finished product.
Work Area:
This position services projects throughout Panama City Beach, Panama City, Freeport, and surrounding Gulf Coast areas. Daily travel between the warehouse, supplier locations, and job sites is required. Company vehicle provided during working hours.
Ideal candidates may live in Panama City, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, or nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
-Pick up cabinets from supplier warehouses using company vehicles
-Assemble RTA cabinetry in the warehouse to company quality standards
-Inspect completed cabinets for accuracy and finish quality
-Deliver assembled cabinets to job sites and verify order accuracy
-Conduct post-installation inspections
-Complete builder and homeowner punch lists
-Perform cabinet warranty repairs and service work
-Communicate with installers, builders, and homeowners to resolve issues
-Represent Burns Cabinetry Wholesale professionally in the field
Requirements:
-Cabinetry, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
-Ability to assemble cabinetry accurately and efficiently
-Valid driver’s license (box truck experience a plus)
-Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
-Ability to perform hands-on repair and service work
-Dependable, organized, and customer-service oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
-$26–$31 per hour, based on experience
