This couch is in a great condition. Just bought it new about a year ago. It has no stains, no burns, no "used" marks. It has a Queen size pullout bed that has never been used.
I just had to set it outside at my backyard today, 07/07, my wife bought something different and we have no room for it inside, but it is covered with protective material.
