This is an awesome like new store more building that was just purchased a few years ago. A barn that is double lofted and this size would cost you around $14,000 roughly right now possibly. We are moving and relocating so this has to go this week. It can be moved on a flatbed tow truck trailer as that is how it was brought here. Tight squeeze but it does fit.

This storage Building looks practically brand new inside and out.
High sturdy quality Hardie board on the siding and paint to lock out moisture and last for years. Two great windows for ventilation.

Could easily be converted to a tiny home or guest cottage.

Storage building even has the wooden skis underneath which make it easier to move on and off flatbed trailers and transport if needed.

Can be hurricane strapped with mobile home grade tie straps to the ground.
