An oil on canvas by B. Buckner. Her paintings are from 1970’s and she painted in oils. It depicts a wispy flock of seagulls in air. Presented in a white with bluish tint beveled composite frame with a tan linen mat and a blue accent closest to the oil. The oil is signed to the lower right hand corner "B Buckner". If you want to look it over just let me know.
The frame is 42" tall and 54" wide and 3.5" width around the picture.
